Campus ERP Updates – September 2026

    We’re excited to share the latest Campus ERP September 2026 updates, featuring improvements across Staff Management, Attendance, Payroll, Visitor Management, Competitive Exams, Mobile App, and more.

    👥 Staff & Student Management

    • Staff can now view Staff and Student birthdays from the dashboard based on school permissions.
    • Added Document Verification for Staff and Students. Verified documents cannot be modified.
    • Added Student-wise filter in Student Remark Reports.
    • Added Behaviour Index and Behaviour Points for Staff and Students.

    💰 Payroll & Fees

    • Added Staff-wise Month-wise Payable Salary Report – Report No. 21.
    • Added a new person-wise report in Pay Basic Salary.
    • Added a 10-minute advisory after bank debit/payment failure.
    • Password confirmation is now mandatory when deleting fee refund records.

    🕒 Attendance

    • Staff Register and Manual Staff Attendance pages have been merged.
    • Staff Register page has been removed.
    • Remark is now mandatory when changing staff attendance time manually.
    • Geo Face Attendance now displays the punch location on a map.

    📚 Study Material & Exams

    • Material can now be copied school-wise and within any group.
    • Material groups can be deleted along with their child data.
    • Added Branch-wise Syllabus Copy.
    • Competitive Exam student view now shows Chapter and Topic names.
    • Added School-wise Competitive Exam Template Copy.

    🚌 Visitor Management

    • Added Vehicle Photo Capture for visitors.
    • Visitor’s last entry can be migrated to a future year.
    • Added Visit Reason Master.

    📱 Mobile App & Other Updates

    • Added Certificate Download in the mobile app.
    • Added Parent Interaction module in the mobile app.
    • Student Gallery now supports filtering by Branch, Standard, and Division.
    • Added default notification templates for new schools.
    • Daily Reports now support PDF and Excel attachments.
    • Cheque Printing now supports customised designs.

    These updates are designed to make Campus ERP more efficient, secure, and convenient for schools, staff, students, and parents.
