Campus ERP Updates – August 2026

    We are pleased to announce the latest updates and enhancements to Campus ERP for August 2026. This month, we have introduced several new features, improved existing modules, and enhanced the overall user experience for school administrators, teachers, staff, students, and parents.

    From payroll and attendance improvements to new student features and mobile app enhancements, these updates are designed to make daily school operations more efficient and convenient.

    1. Payroll & Staff Management

    We have introduced several enhancements to simplify staff management and payroll operations.

    • ESIC Module in Payroll: Added ESIC support to the payroll module.
    • Staff Transfer Between Schools: Added an option to transfer staff members from one school to another.
    • Staff Qualification Report: Introduced a new qualification report in the Staff List module.
    • Basic Salary – Staff Wise Option: Added a staff-wise option under Payroll → Pay Basic Salary.
    • Staff Attendance Change Log Report: Added StaffManuallyAttendanceChangeLogReport under Attendance → Staff Report → Staff Wise tab (Report No. 10).
    • Staff and Student Detail Update Log: Introduced a report to track changes made to staff and student details.
    • Staff Notice: Added an option to create staff notices without selecting a branch.
    • Staff Remark & Parent Interaction Shortcuts: Added direct shortcut keys for Remarks and Parent Interaction on the Student Page.
    • Staff and Student Remark Categories: Added a new category page and category field for managing staff and student remarks.

    2. Student Management

    We have enhanced student-related features to improve data management and accessibility.

    • Student Details Update Across All Years: Added an option to update student details across all academic years directly from the Student Page.
    • Student All Details Page – UI Enhancements: Improved the user interface of the Student All Details Page.
    • Multi-Select Students: Added an option to select multiple students on the View Student Page.
    • New Student Empty Field Summary Report: Introduced a report to identify empty fields in student records.
    • Student All Details – Parent Meeting Report: Added a new Parent Meeting Report to the Student All Details Page.
    • Student I-Card Enhancements: Added Transport and Hostel Card options to the Student I-Card Report.

    3. Attendance & Transport Management

    New features and reports have been introduced to improve attendance tracking and transport operations.

    • School Attendance Status in Transport Attendance: Drivers and conductors can now view school attendance status while filling in transport attendance.
    • Staff Attendance Reports: Moved reports 11 to 20 from Attendance → Staff Register to Attendance → Staff Report → Staff Wise tab.

    4. Examination & Academic Management

    We have introduced new options to improve examination management and academic activities.

    • Staff-Wise Poll for Review Using OMR Sheet: Added a staff-wise poll review feature using OMR sheets.
    • Edit Answers in All Copied Exams: Students can now change their answers in all copied exams, subject to the applicable exam conditions.
    • Competitive Exam Result Display: Added an option to hide percentage and grade for students in competitive exams.
    • Classwork Module in Mobile App: Added the Classwork module to the mobile application.

    5. Student & Parent Communication

    We have enhanced communication features to make interactions more convenient.

    • WhatsApp Auto-Reply: Added an automatic WhatsApp option to respond to “Hi” and “Hello” messages.
    • Student Query Completion: Added an option to mark student-side queries as completed.
    • Separate Query Modules: Introduced separate modules for Staff Queries and Student Queries.
    • Circular Print Option: Added a print-only option for circulars.
    • Multiple Circular Deletion: Added an option to delete multiple circulars at once.

    6. Inventory Management

    New inventory features have been introduced to improve stock tracking and usage management.

    • Product-Wise Location in Inventory Usage: Added a location option for products in Inventory Usage.
    • Location-Wise Stock Usage Copy: Added an option to copy stock usage based on location.

    7. Fees & Payment Management

    We have introduced enhancements to fee management and payment processing.

    • Fee Type-Wise Fine Count: Implemented fine counting based on fee type.
    • Easebuzz Payment Gateway Integration: Integrated the Easebuzz payment gateway to support payment processing.

    8. Device & Data Management

    We have added a convenient option for transferring staff and student information between devices.

    • Copy Persons and Photos Between Devices: Added an option to transfer all persons and their photos from one device to another.

    9. Student Homework & Basic Salary

    • Student Homework View Enhancements: Improved the homework viewing experience on the student side.
    • Staff-Wise Basic Salary: Added a staff-wise option in Payroll → Pay Basic Salary for easier salary management.
